  • The Platform's software, source code, design, and technical systems are owned by KYSTRON.
  • All Platform materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscription & Payments

If you subscribe to paid features or services:

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Recurring subscriptions will be charged automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice

7. Content Submissions

Any content you submit (doubts, comments, notes, etc.) grants EDUVYLIX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EDUVYLIX, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time — continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where EDUVYLIX operates.
